Harvest Textiles residency
I have been lucky enough to be the artist in residence at the amazingly beautiful and creative hub known as Harvest textiles in Brunswick, Melbourne.
Lara, Jess and Emma; the Harvest girls, have all been so accommodating and inspirational to work around during my transition. Definitely worth going past at some stage to see all the amazing stuff these ladies are up to, and the great workshops being held there. I will be venturing from Golden Ink into a body of work that I wil be selling under my own name - Abby Seymour.
I will be making work there from:
April 15th - 30th
Exhibition opening on Saturday 28th between 11am - 4pm, drinks 2 - 4pm.
All welcome to come and see my working processes, from illustration to finished fired porcelain products.
A selection of brightly coloured earring studs, cups, letterpress prints and hopefully some paper goods - illustrated notebooks will be available to purchase on the opening and on Sunday 29th between 11am - 4pm.
